Shipping

• Our facility takes 2-3 business days to ship from the time you place your order.
• Free shipping on orders over $75.00
• Shipping costs can vary by location 
• Arrival dates are estimated, not guaranteed.
• Based on your location, arrival time will vary. 

Returns and/or Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you must let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. Please simply follow these steps for a refund or store credit:

• Email us to initiate the process at lotushijabs.co@gmail.com
• Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. 
• Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
• We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• We will not be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages or for any delays caused by the actions or defaults of the shipping carrier.
• Our responsibility extends only until orders leave our warehouse facility. Once tracking information is provided, the safe delivery of goods is the shared responsibility of the shipping company and the customer.
• Replacement order costs are the responsibility of the customer.
